Located at the end of Paseo Marítimo de Sitges, Acqua Sitges is situated in a spectacular enclave in front of the sea next to the natural park of Garraf. Our large terrace facing the sea and our covered terrace make Acqua Sitges a place to enjoy every month of the year in this oasis by the Mediterranean.
The cuisine of Acqua Sitges is characterized by the use of fresh fish from the different fish markets of our coast, vegetables and fruits of our land, fusing spectacular flavors and combinations that recall the origins and modernity of gastronomy.
The result is a creative, original, light, simple, fresh and exuberant cuisine without forgetting the traditional flavors.

Our menus
At Acqua Sitges we have several gastronomic menus that we update according to the season of the year with fresh and local products and with the trends required by the selection of the best raw materials.
In Acqua Sitges we want to delight you with a special section of dishes made with Mediterranean red tuna, fresh fish and the best rice dishes, cooked with bomba rice from the Ebro Delta, all of them gluten free.
Our menu is continuously complemented with suggestions from the chef, dishes that we continuously develop according to seasonal products and the fish that we buy on our weekly visit to the fish market.
